Due to a limited number of people, failing to attend or contact us in regards to their appointments or workshops. All new appointments must be prepaid either via the website www.olivereaders.com or by sending a cheque or dropping the money into the store where their appointment/workshop will be. We are sorry for this and we hope you understand.
There will also be a cancellation charge administered if we are not contacted via email or phone at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment. This will be charges at the discretion of The Olivereaders.
