Update

Rules and Responsibilities-Updated 8th march 202

I am reposting and rewriting so there is no confusion in moving forward

There is going to be no deposit system. Appointments and Payment schedules are sent on confirmation email. It will be your responsibility to ensure you have this and read it and understand.

If we don’t hear from  you in respect of payment, the appointment gets canceled and re offered to others. I Will no longer be able to accept emails regarding payment after the dates given

It is your responsibility to remember the date and time of your appointment.

It is your responsibility to update us of any new email addresses or phone numbers..

Refunds are not given when you forget or are unable to make your appointment at short notice, it is up to the discretion of the Olivereaders.

Once you book a spot at a workshop and or group reading, if you are unable to make it, please ensure first that you try and sell your spot to someone else first. I am not responsible for refilling your spot. Spots are non refundable as the allocation of the amount of people in a group has been pre decided.

If you are attending a group zoom reading, please ensure it’s only you in your link. I have seen an increasing amount of people bring their own family and friends into the group. This is to be fair to the people that have booked spots, It’s also the same for 1-1 appointments. Please don’t invite others unless that is the typeof appointment you have BOOKED

Mark or any one that works for and with the Olivereaders will NOT tolerate abuse or threatening behavior of any manner. Your appointment will be canceled.

Please follow any instructions for appointments and events. Mark will not be chasing people up. Due to the increased amount of wasted time, Mark will just be moving to the next person.

Mark doesn’t  promise that you will hear from who you are expecting, but Mark will share what is being shared.. Most important thing is FUN and HEALING.

Please be aware that Markis not a lawyer or a Doctor and independent advice from those professionals may be needed in some of your questions
