So we have some new policies, effective today for new people who book appointments and for future appointments, and others policies that are for all appointments. We have done this because of the few, BUT we are spending hours chasing up people for their appointments. You still get 3 emails form the moment you book, and it is your responsibility
We currently have a wait list for people wanting appointments. You can be added by emailing [email protected] . But remember I am also booking several years into the future. If you need to move your appointment, This may be possible with suitable notice but you will be slotted in to the next available slot. I just haven’t got all the extra time.
We are having to do this because we still get people that are saying that they cant get time of work, even with 2 years notice.

All In Person Sessions are conducted at 62 Stanley Street, Ayr, ON, N0B 1E0, unless otherwise arranged. Arrive only 5 minutes early as not to disturb the appointment in session.
If using a location devise for directions to our location, ensure that directions are to AYR, ON.
Ensure we have the correct information For Zoom, Skype or Phone Sessions. We will contact you at appointment time, however, from time to time our sessions could be running a little over.
Do Not bring extra people to the sessions as they will Not Be Allowed to attend. Sessions are scheduled based on time and service booked.
PAYMENT DETAILS:
A $75.00 Deposit is required 6 months to appointment date. Deposit is Non Refundable.
The Balance Owed is due 3 months Prior to appointment date.

GROUP SESSIONS AND PARTIES BOOKED ARE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR THE TOTAL COST OF SERVICE BOOKED IRREGARDLESS IF LESS ARE IN ATTENDANCE.
AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT NOTIFYING YOU WHEN PAYMENTS ARE DUE. SHOULD YOU FAIL TO PAY OR CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HRS OF EMAIL BEING SENT YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED WITH OUT NOTICE. WE WILL NOT BE SENDING ADDITIONAL REQUESTS FOR PAYMENT.
All Cancellations or Reschedule(s) Request are to be sent to our Email Address: [email protected].
Cancellation(s) received within *5 business day’s of booked appointment date and time will receive a Refund minus the deposit of $75.00.
Refund(s) Will Not be Given for less than *5 business day’s’ notice or for No Shows.
Request for Rescheduling of Session must be received with-in *5 business days of session date, otherwise, an alternate date will Not be offered and a Refund will Not be given. Rescheduled Sessions could take many months to book.
From time to time it is necessary for us to re-schedule appointments. If this happens we will endevour to provide a date convenient to both that is closest to the original session date booked.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Sessions are both informative and fun.
You must come Open to Spirit, and be willing to hear what ever messages are meant to be given. Spirit relays messages they feel you need and work hard to give you something to take with you, whether it be words from a loved one or an opportunity to learn about the Spirit dimensions.A Medium Can Not control who in Spirit will come through, messages are given as received. You may ask for a specific person to connect, however, sometimes, another Spirit or Guide needs to reach out to you with important information for you to hear and grow from.Spirit are very open and honest.Spirit often talks about living people and messages are often given regarding an individuals journey or struggles. Spirit may often use you to deliver a message to another person, so please be aware, you may have to think about other family member or friends; Example: Spirit may connect to you about a friend who is dealing with an issue or a loss.It is important to understand that Mediums work in another dimension. We have learned to raise our vibration frequency to a level that Spirit vibrates at and after the session is over we lower our frequency back to this dimension and do not remember the details of messages, I encourage you to take notes or voice record a session.There are times, when a session scheduled, runs over time due to Spirit. Should this happen, you will not lose any time amount you have scheduled when following, please be patient. However, should you show up late for your session time only the time remaining allotted will be honored.
Please arrive only 5 minutes early to prevent any appointment prior to yours from being interrupted.
