This short workshop, we will talk about meditation and how it can help you in everyday life, we will talk about different types of meditation and will be be doing a short meditation. We will look at chakras and how they work.
In the second part, we shall look at the word mindfulness , what that means and how it can help you. We will look at strategies to help you remain focused.
